Hej!

Hi, I’m Sierra! I’m so excited to be a Lead Guide and to be part of your child’s Montessori journey. I’ve been working with children for over 10 years and truly love getting to know each child—their personality, interests, strengths, and the little things that make them unique.

I am a NAMC Certified Montessori Teacher with a background in Child Education and an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, respected, and trusted to learn at their own pace. My goal is to create a peaceful, welcoming classroom where children can build independence, confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for learning.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy arts and crafts, riding dirt bikes with my husband, spending time outdoors and embracing a slow life filled with simple moments and great meaning.

I feel incredibly lucky to be part of each child’s journey and look forward to getting to know your families and creating a classroom community where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
